We grow by providing value-adding micro-financing services in a legal, responsible and efficient manner to clients that can afford and need life improving credit.

Operating Model

We run a lean business model with a flat organisational structure. Branches are responsible for primary, customer-facing activities with our support office providing back-end support, training and auditing as well as consolidated business reporting services.

Geographic Footprint

We open and operate branches primarily in southern Kwa-Zulu Natal and northern Eastern Cape, targeting towns with adequate infrastructure, large surrounding communities and limited financial services.

At Rhino Money Loans we have zero tolerance for crime.

If any employee is caught defrauding the business or a client, we will act against it as soon as possible.
We will do our best to ensure all employees and clients understand what their rights and responsibilities are.
We have implemented a fraud phone line for employees or clients to report suspected criminal behaviour.
All incidents will be investigated and if found to be true,
- a disciplinary procedure will be followed,
- a criminal case will be opened against the guilty party, and
- the person who reported the incident will be given a cash reward of up to R1000.
